The key things to look for when booking a hotel is the location and what’s included for the price. With so much to do in Costa Adeje, it’s not the end of the world if there’s no gym, only 1 hotel restaurant or no on-site club – pick a hotel in the right location and you’ll only be a few streets away from everything you want to do.
Sunlight Bahia Principe Tenerife and Sunlight Bahia Principe Costa Adeje are two separate hotels located in close proximity, North of Costa Adeje (with a third Sunlight Bahia Principe hotel in Santa Cruz). It’s just out of walking distance from Costa Adeje, away from the noise and close to the calming sounds of the ocean. But you won’t be missing out by staying here.
Frankly, they could be a whole resort by themselves. A lovely hotel in a very nice part of town, no matter what side of the hotel your large room faces, you’ve got balcony views looking over the city, the gardens del Duque, one of the 4 magnificent pools or the ocean. Welcome to an adults-only hotel in a sophisticated, moderately quiet area of Costa Adeje. This is a very relaxing hotel to spend your holiday in. It features a full-service spa where you can enjoy a massage, full body treatment and even a facial, plus a tennis court, a gym and 2 outdoor swimming pools.
It’s very close to the ever-peaceful marina and the beautiful Playa de Torviscas, where you can find a huge range of different fine dining options, just in case the free breakfast buffet and 2 hotel restaurants aren’t to your fancy.
This is the best Costa Adeje hotel for adults looking for classy accommodation in comfortable rooms in a central yet refined location. Rooms at the Hovima have flat screen TVs with cable, air conditioning, free WiFi and balconies. Our only bugbear is the parking, which is limited and not free even for hotel guests – but with such a central location you really don’t need to drive. You’re only a few minutes walk from the Parada De Taxis Parque Royale taxi rank anyway.

The H10 Costa Adeje Palace. A very fitting name! This hotel has more on-site than you’d believe possible, including 3 pools, 3 coffee shops, 3 bars and 2 restaurants.
Much like the Bahia Principe, H10 is a little off the beaten track from Costa Adeje, although it is still in walking distance of the town centre. It sits right on top of Playa de La Enramada with its peaceful ambience and fantastic beach bar – in fact, it’s the only hotel bordering this black sandy beach that’s just made for sunbathing. It has an exclusive feel, like a real palace.
Within the grounds there’s even a mini-golf course where you can brush up on your skills before heading to nearby Golf Costa Adeje (there’s a taxi rank directly outside the hotel waiting for you).
The modern rooms are air conditioned and large, plus you can upgrade for kitchenettes, sea views and extra sitting areas. It’s particularly great for kids thanks to the child care services and stupendous number of things you can do within the hotel alone. Our only complaint is that it’s not closer to Costa Adeje itself!
