Road Cycling Tenerife – El Medano

Enjoy one of the island’s less uneven routes, where many cyclists and local triathletes train. Here you can adapt to the conditions of the island and enjoy the surroundings of the Red Mountain, windsurfers paradise.

Once you are done enjoying the view of the island, we'll start with an adventure that you will never forget.

First, the trip to Medano will be quite comfortable (except for windy days). We go up by secondary roads to San Isidro, where the small port of the day begins of about 10 km to 4% of the difference between Chimiche and Granadilla, the highest point of this route.

Already in Granadilla we have done all the hard things of this stage and we only have to descend 20 km to Playa de las Américas.
