Tenerife.fun Smiley Rewards Program Terms and Conditions

Welcome to the Tenerife.fun Smiley Rewards Program! These terms and conditions govern your participation in the program, so please read them carefully. By registering for an account with Tenerife.fun and/or earning or redeeming Smileys, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Eligibility:

• The Smiley Rewards Program is open to all registered users of Tenerife.fun, except where prohibited by law.

• Only one account per person is permitted.

2. Earning Smileys:

• Smileys are awarded for booking excursions and activities through Tenerife.fun, as specified on the website. The number of Smileys awarded per booking may vary depending on the activity and will be clearly displayed during the booking process.

• As a registration bonus, new users will receive 5 Smileys upon successful account creation.

• Smileys are typically credited to your account after the completed excursion or activity. Tenerife.fun reserves the right to delay crediting Smileys for verification purposes.

3. Redeeming Smileys:

• Smileys can be used as payment towards future bookings made through Tenerife.fun, excluding park tickets for the initial registration bonus Smileys. Smileys earned through bookings can be used towards park tickets.

• 1 Smiley is equivalent to 1 Euro.

• When making a booking, you can choose to redeem available Smileys towards the total cost. The remaining balance, if any, must be paid using other accepted payment methods.

• Smileys cannot be redeemed for cash.

• Smileys cannot be transferred to another user’s account.

4. Smiley Validity:

• Smileys do not have an expiration date. However, Tenerife.fun reserves the right to modify or terminate the Smiley Rewards Program at any time, as outlined in section 7.

5. Account Management:

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Tenerife.fun account credentials.

• You can view your Smiley balance and transaction history by logging into your account on Tenerife.fun.

6. Modifications to the Program:

• Tenerife.fun reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions, the number of Smileys awarded for bookings, the redemption value of Smileys, or any other aspect of the Smiley Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. Any changes will be posted on the Tenerife.fun website. Continued participation in the program after such changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

7. Termination of the Program:

• Tenerife.fun reserves the right to terminate the Smiley Rewards Program at any time, with or without notice. In the event of termination, Tenerife.fun may, at its discretion, provide a period during which existing Smileys can be redeemed, or may choose to forfeit all existing smileys.

• Tenerife.fun reserves the right to terminate an individual’s participation in the Smiley Rewards Program for any reason, including but not limited to abuse of the program, fraudulent activity, or violation of these terms and conditions.

8. Disclaimer:

• Tenerife.fun makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Smiley Rewards Program.

• Tenerife.fun shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your participation in the program.

9. Governing Law:

• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Spain.
